The safety of all participants and spectators at athletic events is a top priority. For the upcoming East/West basketball game @ Wauwatosa West High School on January 30th, 2026, we are jointly implementing the following procedures for the games.
Student Tickets: Students who wish to attend the game must purchase a paper ticket at school prior to Friday, January 30th, 2025. Tickets will be available during lunch. starting on January 27th. Please listen to your school announcements for information about ticket sale locations.
Tickets are $5 each (cash only). Alternatively, Wauwatosa East students who have an activity pass can show their activity pass and receive a free paper ticket. These tickets are available on a first come, first served basis until sold out. Student tickets will NOT be available on GoFan or at the door for this game. PRE-SALE ONLY.
Students must have a valid student ID to either Wauwatosa East or Wauwatosa West and their paper ticket to be allowed admission.
Adult Tickets (General Admission): Tickets can be purchased on the Wauwatosa East GoFan page. Ticket sales will only be available prior to the event, and will not be sold at the door. Tickets can be purchased starting Monday, January 26th, 2026 and sales will close on January 30th, 2026 at noon. THERE WILL BE NO TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR.
All Middle and Elementary School Students are recommended to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tickets for middle and elementary schoolers must be purchased on GoFan.

“The Board recommends that all pre-high school students be accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone when they arrive at the event and throughout its duration. The Board will not be responsible for students if they attend without an adult chaperone.”
Wauwatosa East families CANNOT use activity passes from GoFan but CAN use GMC passes for the game. Student activity passes will not be accepted at the gate.
Additional reminders:
Gates open at 5:00PM
Girls Varsity tips off at 5:30pm, Boys Varsity at 7:00pm.
Students are to exit the building after the school day ends.
No spectators will be allowed entry 30 minutes after the girls game tips off.
Students are required to sit in their designated school section.
Students will not be able to enter the game without a valid student ID or a digital ID (Infinite Campus Summary).
If no student ID is available anyone that appears under the age of 20 will be asked for a ID/Driver's License
No backpacks or bags larger than 9x5x2 will be allowed in the gym. Students should not leave items in their locker, as the doors to upstairs will be locked. Medical and diaper bags will be allowed.
Spectators will not be allowed to exit the building and re-enter.
Spectators must exit the gym 15 minutes after the completion of the game.
Students and spectators who do not abide by these procedures will be subject to removal from the event.
